Quarter Turn Words Privacy Policy
Quarter Turn Words ("the game") is made by Pebblewick Games ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game uses and why. Questions: pebblewickgames@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We do not collect, store or receive any personal information. The game has no accounts, no sign-in and no servers of our own.
The game saves a few settings on your device only: your high score, your best level, and whether sound is muted. This information never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its storage.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows ads provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To deliver, measure and protect ads, Google's advertising software in the game may collect:
- Device identifiers, such as your device's advertising ID and app set ID
- IP address, which may be used to estimate your general location (for example, your city)
- Ad interactions and app activity, such as ads viewed or tapped and app launches
- Diagnostic information, such as performance data and crash logs
Google uses this information to show ads, to personalize ads where you have allowed it, to measure ad performance, and to prevent fraud and abuse. Your choices
- Consent: if you are in a region whose laws require consent for personalized ads, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your choice before any personalized ads are shown. Where that applies, a Privacy options link on the game's title screen lets you change your choice at any time.
- Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device's settings (on most Android devices: Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- US state privacy rights: under some US state laws, showing personalized ads can count as "sharing" or "selling" personal information. You can opt out using the advertising ID controls above, or by contacting us.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.
Data retention and deletion
We do not keep any data about you. Data on your device is removed when you uninstall the game. Google retains advertising data according to its own policies; you can manage it through your Google account and device settings.
Security
Information sent by Google's advertising software is encrypted in transit.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
